REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

  • Routine or targeted, scheduled testing of regulatory compliance areas, including Lending, Deposit Operations, Marketing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and administrative requirements for Privacy and Right to Financial Privacy Act
  • Consultation on high-risk areas, including Fair Lending, UDAAP, and Compliance Management Systems

BANK SECRECY ACT / ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING

  • Formal independent testing, as outlined by the FFIEC BSA/AML Examination Manual
  • Specific consultation on targeted issues, such as regulatory enforcement actions and BSA risk assessments
  • Formal BSA/AML training for employees and the Board of Directors– in-person or via webinar

VIRTUAL COMPLIANCE OFFICER

  • Provides compliance support to various staff, departments, and projects to coordinate compliance with applicable regulations and the bank’s board-approved policies and procedures. 
  • Off-site Support – A TIB Consulting professional is assigned to your bank and supports management and staff through off-site responses to regulatory compliance questions and needs via telephone, e-mail, or Zoom.
  • On-site Support – A TIB Consulting professional performs, or oversees specific compliance tasks. We will be in your bank on a regularly scheduled basis, working and collaborating with your staff to support your bank’s unique compliance needs.
  • Hybrid Support – A TIB Consulting professional supports management and staff off-site as detailed above, as well as comes on-site for additional training or special projects as needed.
  • Support management and staff with compliance leadership relating to the continued development of the Compliance Management System (CMS), including:
    • Comprehensive assessment of risk
    • Evaluate current policies and procedures to determine opportunities for refinement of further development
    • Control and product evaluation
    • Perform or oversee ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting of compliance-related processes
    • Update staff and management on regulatory changes and their effects on your bank
    • Other troubleshooting issues that occur from time to time and require an experienced response

TRAINING

  • Preparation and delivery of customized compliance training either in-person or via Zoom

SPECIFIC CONSULTATION

  • We offer support on an hourly basis for specific needs, including but not limited to; formal compliance risk assessments, specific issue troubleshooting, HMDA LAR data validation, and flood loan portfolio scrubs
